These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UnboundQuests, including reading, discovery, publishing, editorial marketplace features, wallet and payment features, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use UnboundQuests only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Readers may browse, preview, purchase, unlock, subscribe to, or otherwise access content according to the product model and entitlement rules in effect at the time of use.

Access to content may depend on factors such as full purchase, chapter unlock, subscription status, preview limits, ad-supported access, geographic or platform restrictions, and account standing.

Authors, translators, narrators, editors, designers, and other contributors may use creator and marketplace features subject to eligibility, compliance, moderation, verification, and platform rules.

Creator-facing tools may include manuscript upload, revision management, editorial workflow participation, marketplace listings, contributor assignment, royalty allocation, and payout onboarding.

You retain ownership of content you own and validly submit, subject to any rights you grant through the platform and any contributor, editorial, marketplace, or royalty agreements applicable to that content.

By uploading or submitting content to UnboundQuests, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, review, secure, distribute, market, moderate, and make the content available through the platform according to your selected publication settings and product features.

Prices, subscription plans, chapter unlock amounts, bundles, and other monetized offerings may change over time. Applicable pricing and access rules will be shown at or before checkout where required.

All payments, subscriptions, wallet transactions, and unlocks are processed by our third-party payment providers PayPal and Paystack. Your use of these processors is also subject to their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information, account details, and eligibility to transact are accurate and lawful.

You may not attempt to bypass paywalls, entitlement rules, DRM, account restrictions, content protections, or access controls.

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or otherwise exploit protected content except where expressly permitted by law or by rights you validly hold.

UnboundQuests may apply moderation, editorial, trust and safety, curation, and publication rules to maintain platform quality, legal compliance, and community safety.

Submission to the platform does not guarantee publication, promotion, curation, marketplace acceptance, or continued availability.

We may request revisions, reject content, restrict publication, remove marketplace access, or take other action where content or conduct violates platform rules or legal requirements.

If you upload, sell, publish, narrate, translate, edit, or otherwise contribute content, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content, metadata, credits, royalty allocations, and related submissions are accurate and do not violate the rights of others.

You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe intellectual property, evade payment, submit fraudulent information, harass others, exploit minors, distribute prohibited content, manipulate discovery systems, abuse support processes, or interfere with platform security.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation, or deceptive practices to exploit rewards, editorial systems, wallets, recommendations, moderation, or platform visibility.

Reviews, public comments, appeals, support submissions, and other user-facing contributions must remain lawful, respectful, and truthful.

We may moderate, hide, remove, or decline to display any user-submitted content that violates policy or harms platform integrity.

Creators and service providers may be subject to platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, withholding obligations, verification requirements, payout thresholds, or other operational rules.

Actual payout timing may depend on processor timelines, verification, compliance, dispute status, fraud review, and platform settlement cycles.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the platform if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable laws, payment rules, moderation rules, or platform trust requirements.

We may also restrict access to protect readers, creators, contributors, partners, or the platform itself.

We may modify, improve, pause, replace, or discontinue any feature of the platform, including pricing models, availability, editorial tools, marketplace systems, discovery experiences, or content formats.

UnboundQuests is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or guaranteed commercial outcomes for readers or creators.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnboundQuests and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Use of the platform is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Fair Royalties Policy, our Content Guidelines, and any other product-specific policies published by UnboundQuests.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised version.
